Sweet Craftsmanship, Shared Moments On 18 June, Marou Chocolate x New World Hotels & Resorts hosted the partnership launch at New World Saigon Hotel, welcoming around 80 esteemed guests—including media and influencers from across the globe—along with teams from New World Hotels & Resorts and Marou Chocolate. The evening began with Marou-inspired canapés, followed by a signature Chocolate Martini crafted with Marou Chocolate ingredients—setting the perfect tone for the night ahead. Guests then enjoyed a four-course sit-down dinner inspired by Marou’s signature notes, featuring marinated Japanese amberjack with passionfruit & yuzu dressing, veal tortello with vanilla-infused celeriac, roasted Australian lamb loin with nduja crust and morel jus, and a final raspberry Marou chocolate entremets paired with vanilla gelato.
