Requirements:

• Hold a diploma/ certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Essential knowledge of Travel/ Hotel industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships; actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs.
• Creative and well organized, understand the importance of team work in high pressure situations.
• Experience working at an international hotel in the same capacity.
• With minimum of two (2) years experience as sales manager or convention services manager
• Computer literate; knowledge in DELPHI is an advantage
• Required language(s): English
