Our Rest Assured offer accommodates an arrival date flexibility of up to 12 months after the original contracted arrival date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

One programme arrival date change made at least 30 days prior to the original contracted programme arrival date would not be subject to any cancellation fees (deposits and prepayments will be applied as a dollar-for-dollar credit towards the new dates).
One peak night’s initial deposit with 15% attrition.
Programme must be contracted and confirmed definite by 31 March, 2021
Any change fees will be waived.
Changes must be made prior to the original programme dates.
New group dates must take place within 12 months of original arrival date.
Blackout dates apply and varies by property.
Offer based on availability and valid for new bookings with a minimum of 20 rooms per night on peak.
Offer not applicable to previously contracted programmes.
Offer is combinable with any other hotel offers as it is not price specific
