• Hold a diploma/ certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Essential knowledge of Travel/ Hotel industry
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Required language(s): English
• Minimum 2 years work experience as assistant manager or supervisor in a hotel.
