Requirements:

- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese

- Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing personalized customer services

- Able to develop and sustain productive customer relationships by actively  seeking  information to understand and address customers' needs

- Be creative and well organized, understand the importance of team work in high pressure situations

- Degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts – Western Kitchen

- Management skills

- Working experience at an international hotel in the same capacity is an advantage
