New World Hotels plans to triple the size of its portfolio over the next five years, which is attracting owners wanting to be part of an exciting brand growth story.  New World Hotels has a proven track record and excellent reputation in Asia Pacific, with five hotels operating in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Wuhan and an affliliated hotel in Shunde) and two hotels in Manila and Ho Chi Minh City. In addition to our forthcoming hotel openings across China (11 hotels are already under development), New World Hotels is developing strategic relationships in several other markets in Asia Pacific, including but not limited to Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia and South Korea.

Such services may be offered under a separate agreement to provide a seamless development management and hotel management solution to owners.
Residential sales:
Our parent company, New World Group, is a major residential developer, with a proprietary database of international buyers that can be leveraged to promote sales of branded residences within mixed-use projects.
